How to Lucid Dream
Lucid dreaming is when you are aware that you are dreaming and can control your dreams. It is a scientifically proven phenomenon.
Keep a dream journal: Record all your dreams right after you wake up
Do it before an afternoon nap: Relax yourself, take slow deep breaths, try to keep your mind awake while your body sleeps.
Repeat: repeat this in your head and truly believe it. "I will be in control of my dreams. I will lucid dream."
Am I in a lucid dream: If you think you are in one do some reality checks. Look in a mirror. If you can’t see yourself you’re probably lucid dreaming. Jump into the air, if you end up flying then you’re dreaming !
How to keep control of your dreams: Rub your hands together, or spin around. It will keep it your mind on focus.
